Commerce Fest at DPS Rau
Commerce education enables the youth to understand and judge the various trends of trade and business in the modern world. “Udbhav" The Commerce Fest was organized by the Department of Commerce, Delhi Public School Rau on Saturday 8th October 2023.
The objective of the fest was to deliver a unique dimension and scaffold for the pupils to showcase their talents to become more innovative and curious learners and enable them to compete in modern business and to gait with the modern world.
The junior Litera was decorated with 20 stalls of refreshments and artifacts.
The Dpsites participated with great enthusiasm and keenness
Around 500 parents visited the stalls. The parents appreciated the efforts of the students and were pleased with the assignment they illustrated as well as the initiative taken by the school. In a nutshell, Udhbhav, the first Commerce fest was an extremely successful event as it rendered opportunities to all the students to explore new dimensions in the field of business and entrepreneurship, marketing strategies, financial management cost and revenue evaluation, and practical approaches of accountancy. The Principal, Ms Asha Nair congratulated the team for exhibiting and executing the fest meaningfully.
DPS Rau Students visited Indore IIT on 18th August 2023
Grade IX to XII of DPS Rau Students visited Indore IIT on 18th August 2023. The children were taken on a tour of Astronomy Laboratory, SIC, Auditorium and Library. The faculties explained the working and research process of the instruments to the children. The session was addressed by Mr Rajeev Pandey, Asst registrar, Mr S P Hota, registrar, IIT Indore, some research scholars told the students the rules and methods to crack JEE. Overall, the visit to IIT Indore was a learning experience.
Explore 2023 – Interactive Career Fest
Delhi Public School Rau organised their first ever Interactive Career Fair on 19th August, 2023 for students from classes X to XII and their parents with the goal of elevating and enriching students through education and better career opportunities. The career fest aims to provide students with an opportunity to participate in one to one discussion with the speakers on new age careers and careers of the Future and to interact with experts from 10 renowned Indian and foreign universities.
The event commenced with the felicitation of the various speakers and the University Representatives with a token of appreciation, followed by the Principal’s address. Delhi Public School Rau Principal, Ms. Asha Nair, in her enlightening speech, praised the performance and reminisced of her school in these four years. She expressed her gratitude for the vast multitude of opportunities available today for her pupils. She mentioned the importance of this sort of exposure and was glad that students now encompasses a wider world to explore further she emphasized on the idea of nurturing the vision for building a strong foundation for the youth of the country.
There were copious professionals from various renowned institutions: Flame University, Somaiya Vidyavihar University, MIT-WPU University, UPES University of Tomorrow, ti-Thapar Institute, tslas-Thapar Schools of Liberal Arts & Science, Presidency University, Alliance University, Middlesex University Dubai and Jagran lakecity University who gave presentations in the Seminar Hall. They interacted with the parents and students and informed them about various processes regarding exams and admissions. Representatives from individual institutions had one-on-one interactive sessions with interested students and parents. The event, the first of its kind, proved to be an enriching experience for all who attended.

INTER DPS JSWS swimming competition
*INTER DPS JSWS swimming competition WAS HELD AT DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL RAU. Secretary of Indore Swimming Association and Joint Secretary of M.P. Swimming Association Mr. Ravindra Dube was the chief guest.
Overall Championship was bagged by DPS Neelbad, Bhopal. Shri. Abhishek Mohan Gupta,joint secretary and Director marketing and stragic development JSWS, Dr.Dharam Verma Director of School Academics and Acting Principal DPS, Indore DPS Rau Principal Ms.Asha Nair and Head Mistress Vaishali Kharnal congratulated the winners.
JSWS - Inter DPS Swimming Competition was inaugurated today, 06 July 2023 in the premises of Delhi Public School Rau-Indore. In which Madhya Pradesh's first female diver "Palak Sharma" who won 3 consecutive gold medals in senior national competition and Shri. Abhishek Mohan Gupta was invited as chief guest and special guest respectively. In this competition, DPS Neelbad-Bhopal, DPS Kolar-Bhopal, DPS Nipania-Indore and DPS Rau-Indore are participating in swimming competition in girls and boys category. With the guests Director School Academic and Acting Principal DPS Indore Dr. Dharam Verma (JSWS), Head, HMG Center of Sports Excellence Mr. Aman Solanki, DPS RAU Principal Ms. Asha Nair and Headmistress Ms. Vaishali Kharnal also marked their presence in the ceremony.
MP State Shooting Championship
19th MP State Inter School Shooting Competition and 26th MP state shooting competition held at Army marksmanship unit Mhow , Indore from 2 July to 8 july 2023.
29 Shooters of DPS RAU had participated out of which
26 shooters qualified for Pre Nationals.
28 medals were grabbed by DPSITES-
Gold -8 , silver =12, Bronze=8
