DPSITE Saima Soni Shines in the Joint Symposium on “Planetary Health: A New Course from Amami through Medical and Oceanographic Sciences,” organized by the Institute of Medical Science (IMSUT) and the Atmosphere and Ocean Research Institute (AORI) of the University of Tokyo Japan. During this symposium, she presented her innovative idea — the Ocean Battery, a sustainable energy storage system that harnesses the power of ocean pressure differences to store renewable energy.
