Empowered with the trust which DPS has gained within the community of Indore for the last 17 years, Jagran Social Welfare Society in collaboration with Delhi Public School Society, New Delhi launched DPS Rau in 2019. This is the second Delhi Public School in Indore and is based at Rau, Indore.
It is a world-class DAY BOARDING SCHOOL for providing quality education with exceptional sports facilities. Sprawling in the picturesque 36-acre campus in the heart of the city, the school is working with a mission to help every student reach their full potential. Independence Day Celebration @ DPS Rau,Col.Munish Goel,Maj.Anuja Verma,Capt.Amreen Kaur hoisted the tricolour on the occasion 78th Independence Day.The presence of Defense Personnel motivated the young students,Col.Munish inspired the students in his address. Students of DPS Rau presented patriotic dance & music which reflected the essence of patriotism. Grand Opening of Gurudev Shiksha Kendra @, Delhi Public School Rau August 13 ,Red letter day for Delhi Public School Rau as Gurudev Shiksha Kendra(Free School for less privileged section) was formally inaugurated by the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Honourable Dr.Mohan Yadav. Ministers Shri Kailash Vijayvargiya ji, Shri Tulsi Silawat ji and the MLAS from the City motivated us by their gracious presence. The program was preceded by Chairman JSWS,Pro Vice Chairman of DPS BHOPAL, INDORE, KOLAR ROAD and RAU Shri Hari Mohan Gupta. "Learning beyond Classroom" On a bright and breezy morning, students embarked on an educational trip to the Parle G factory.We were warmly welcomed by the factory staff, who guided us to a spacious auditorium where we were introduced to the rich history of Parle G.The Parle team displayed an animated movie on Parle g factory.Students got a chance to see the inside view of the factory where right from the dough (the first input) to the last stage i.e., packaging.The trip was both educational and enjoyable. Another feather in our long list of achievements! Today Alliance Française de Bhopal and DPS Rau, Indore signed a MOU making our school an Official Examination Centre for organising and conducting Junior DELF examinations in Indore. Present at this auspicious ceremony were Ms Ingrid LE Gargasson, Director of Alliance Française de Bhopal, M. Prash PALANIMALAI, Attaché for Cooperation in French Language (West India) Embassy of France/French Institute in India as our esteemed guests and Dr. Dharam Verma,Director School Academic Development of JSWS and Principal DPS Rau Ms Asha Nair.
