Refund Policy

Withdrawal Rules

In case of withdrawal from school the following rules will apply :-

  1. Mid Term Withdrawals

(a)  If a child has to be withdrawn from school in Mid-Term, parents must give a written application well in advance to the Principal about the withdrawal. Parents will be required to pay the Tuition Fee & Transport Service Charges of full month in which child is withdrawn. Part of the month will be treated as one month quarter. The proportionate fee paid in advance for the period for which the child has not studied in the school will be refunded.

(b) The "Annual Charges" will be refunded on the quarterly basis. The parent will be required to pay the Annual Charges upto the quarter in which child is being withdrawn. The balance proportionate Annual Charges deposited in advance will be refunded.

  1. Withdrawal From New Session

(a)  If the child has to be withdrawn from the commencement of new session, parents must apply in writing on or before the first day of next academic session failing which the rules as per mid-term withdrawal will be applicable. (Given below)

  • *  The Tuition Fee & Transport Service Charges of the entire month to be paid for he month in which child is withdrawn. Part of a month will be treated as one month in such cases.
  • *  The proportionate fee paid by the parent in advance for the period for which the child has not studied in the school will be refunded.
  • *  The Annual Charges for the entire quarter in which the child studied in school to be paid by the parent.
  1. If a parent has to withdraw the child from school due to unavoidable circumstances, or if the child doesn't attend the school for a single day then on parental request and application for cancellation of admission, the following fee will be refunded - Caution Money, Tuition Fee, Annual Charges and Transportation Service Charges (if opted to avail the services and necessary charges already paid).

Note:

The above will be refunded only if the child has not attended the school even for a single day in the new session for which admission was taken.

  1. School Leaving Certificate for children for withdrawal is not issued until all dues are settled. In case of pending dues the sum receivable by school will be adjusted against caution money.
  1. Refund of Caution Money
    a) The caution money will be refunded after six months from the date of issue of School Leaving Certificate.
    b) The parents should submit an application within the stipulated period.
    • i) Parents are expected to claim the amount of caution money (paid by the parent at the time of admission) within six months from the date of issue of T.C.
    • ii) The amount of caution money if not claimed in the stipulated time period will be forfeited. Parent's right to claim the refund will then stand relinquished.
    • iii) The cheque towards refund of caution money will be drawn in the name of parent who has signed the enrollment form.
